ABOUT ME
Born and based in Uzhhorod, Ukraine. Graduated from the Adalbert Erdeli College of Art.
She began her artistic path with children’s book illustration, working on published book projects and participating in international illustration events, including the Biennial of Illustration in Slovakia.
She is a multidisciplinary artist working with painting, graphics, digital collage, and art objects. Her practice combines classical and contemporary media, focusing on experimentation with form, material, and imagery.
Her artistic research explores the female experience and its manifestations within social roles, psycho-emotional states, inner transformation, and self-exploration. A key element of her work is the language of the body as a universal means of expression, conveying emotions, lived experience, and internal states.
She actively participates in exhibitions in Ukraine and abroad and has experience in curatorial and art management practices.
Alongside her artistic work, she teaches children and adults at various levels and is the founder of a creative studio and community space, ProstirTvorennia — a place for artistic exchange, inspiration, and collaboration.
ARTIST STATEMENT
The themes of my research are women and color. I am interested in the manifestation of women in society, embodiment – physical role, personal or collective experience, and the violation of accepted boundaries. Through color, I elevate these themes to the level of psycho-emotional and bodily sensations.
The female body, once an "object," has acquired new forms of meaning and language. The body speaks; it communicates in an international language – natively.
The goal of my research is to create a space for dialogue, where everyone can interact with my works and express their views and thoughts. In my work, I use painting, graphic design, digital collage, and sculptural plasticity.
